A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations. There is a 15-minute grace period. Twenty minutes late adds a $20 fee, and 30 minutes late counts as a cancellation with no deposit refund.
Outdoor sessions include travel up to 20 miles. After that, there is a $1 per mile travel fee.
